Meet Montanna – not just the owner of the salon, but the powerhouse behind its success. Her journey in the beauty industry began at just 13 years old, and she’s been unstoppable ever since. After qualifying in 2007, Montanna refined her skills in top salons across the UK and Spain before bringing her talent to Gibraltar, where she established her very own beauty space.

A true expert in her field, Montanna specialises in nails and lashes, but is also qualified in a wide range of beauty treatments. She consistently stays ahead of the latest trends to ensure her clients always leave feeling confident and glamorous. Her passion for the craft, combined with a dedication to continuous learning, means every treatment is delivered with precision, professionalism, and genuine care.

As a certified beauty educator, Montanna is committed to raising industry standards and inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals.

Fun Fact: Montanna is also a fully qualified hair dresser & is trained in all methods of hair extensions. 

Fran

Meet Fran, one of our talented beauty specialists at Montanna's Nails & Beauty. Although Fran holds a degree in criminology, her true passion has always been in beauty. She started her apprenticeship with us in September 2022, focusing initially on lash lifts and brow laminations. With extensive mentoring and training from Montanna, Fran quickly became qualified in Gel Manicures, Gel-Xtensions, E-file techniques, and eyelash extensions. Always eager to learn, she is now fully qualified in SPM, continuing to grow her expertise every day.

Fun fact: Fran was actually blacklisted as a client for multiple no-show appointments when she was a teen, but look at her now she's all about showing up and delivering flawless beauty services to our clients!

Beth

Meet Beth, one of our talented Nail Technicians at Montanna's Nails & Beauty Bar. Beth began her nail journey at the end of 2022 and quickly discovered it was the perfect path for her she was a natural. After receiving extensive training and mentorship from Montanna, she completed her training in early 2023 and continues to impress with her growing skills. Beth's passion for perfection shines through in every detail, and she's always striving to be even better.

Fun fact: Before joining our beauty team, Beth worked as a chef for six years in my husband's bar proving shes not only skilled with nails, but also in the kitchen and makes a banging burger.

Lotti

Meet Lotti, our Hungarian darling. Lotti brings an impressive 20 years of experience in the nail industry. She is highly skilled in all aspects of nail care, but her true expertise lies in nail extensions, creating flawless, long-lasting enhancements tailored to each client. In addition, she also specialises in problematic pedicures and acrylic toenail reconstructions, ensuring that everyone’s feet get pampered and ready for the summer season.

Fun Fact: Before moving to Gibraltar, Lotti ran her own successful salon in London, building a loyal clientele with her exceptional skills and attention to detail.

Rhianna

Meet Rhi, she might be the youngest member of our team, but what she lacks in years, she more than makes up for in raw talent and creativity. She joined us in April 2024 and under Montanna's guidence she has quickly become known for her incredible nail art skills, turning every set into a mini masterpiece. Alongside a full range of nail services, Rhi has now expanded her expertise to include lash extensions—so whether you're after flawless nails or dreamy lashes, she’s got you covered.

Fun Fact: Rhianna first qualified as a nail technician in Manchester back in 2020. But fate (and a few drinks) had other plans! It wasn’t until Montanna ran into her in the Bruno’s toilets and drunk-hired her that she actually stepped into the beauty industry properly—and we’re so glad she did.
